Shipping policy

All items are shipped with DPD. Standard items are usually shipped within 2 working days and branded products are shipped within 2 weeks.

Customers will be provided with tracking information at the time of dispatch.

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW...

You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Gift Card purchases don't count towards the free shipping threshold.

In the unlikely event that you don't receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe, or your order is damaged when it arrives, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date stated on your tracking.  

Unfortunately, we're unable to deliver to outside of the United Kingdom at the moment.
